I ordered two Clarke Leather Arm Chairs directly from the Abbyson website (*****************). They were advertised as being $216.00. A few minutes after I purchased, the sales manager called me and said they would not be able to fulfill my order because the advertised price was a "glitch". They offered me to buy the chairs for over $**** each. Glitch or not, at that point, it was their mistake and they should have eaten the cost rather than put the consequence on the consumer. Abbyson sites Glich has running a Glich on the website. There is promotion is going on "Early Black Friday Sale Code: EARLYBF25" Website allow to buy any product include sale. After submitting the order Abbyson cancelled the order by saying on Doorbuster addition sale will not get. From customer point of view: " I will not read the company policy and then buy the product" It company responsibility to exclude the offer on door buster. Abbyson improve the technical site issue and request to compensate me on the inconvenience caused by technical issue. Note: Me and my wife send three hours to select the item and your team cancelled the product with discussing with me ORDER NO 3445
